About Chick Corea
Armando Anthony Corea, better known as Chick Corea, was born in Massachusetts in 1941 and has, since the early 60s, played the piano and keyboards with Blue Mitchell, Herbie Mann, even Stan Getz. Chick Corea has even led bands in the 60s, before joining jazz avant-garde circles around Miles David, even replacing Herbie Hancock in 1968 before the recording of Bitches Brew.
